These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jluu ("jluu", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jluu website located at jluu.net and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating a jluu account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jluu Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your jluu account.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the jluu Platform, whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other supported access method.

To register and maintain an account on the jluu Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting participation.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jluu or any associated platform, whether through self-exclusion or administrative action.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of jluu, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jluu Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of winnings generated from those accounts, and permanent closure of the duplicate account(s).

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jluu implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification documents before your account is fully activated, before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time jluu deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jluu account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account protection.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or jluu support staff.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jluu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a breach of your credentials.

jluu will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jluu requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You agree not to allow any other person to use your jluu account for any purpose. Allowing a third party to access or use your account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

jluu supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods designed to make depositing and withdrawing as seamless as possible for Filipino players. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Debit Card. All transactions on the jluu Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your jluu account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the selected payment method. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable deposit fee schedule are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals. jluu targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–2 hours for GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts, applicable at all hours of the day. Other withdrawal methods may have longer processing times as indicated in the Cashier section. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered under your own verified identity — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Funds derived from active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been met.
• jluu reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our risk management systems.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account's Cashier section.

jluu does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts. Third-party payment providers may, however, apply their own transaction charges, for which jluu bears no responsibility.

jluu offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all jluu bonuses unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required account verification steps.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• jluu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory change.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses revoked and may have their accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jluu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud & Cheating: Any attempt to defraud jluu or other players, including the use of software exploits, bots, automated betting scripts, or any form of collusion.
• Money Laundering: Using the jluu Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay intent.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one jluu account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through methods including matched betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the jluu Platform, its underlying software, game logic, or security systems.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another person, or providing false KYC documentation.
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, running an agency betting service, or monetizing jluu content without prior written authorization.

All content, materials, software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, audio, video, and design elements available on the jluu Platform ("Content") are owned by or licensed to jluu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from jluu.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract Content from the Platform using automated tools.
• Use jluu's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply an unauthorized affiliation.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jluu's intellectual property rights constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable laws. jluu reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jluu, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jluu's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results where such results have been determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jluu's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The jluu Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jluu makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

jluu is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players. Online gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. jluu encourages all players to approach gaming with that understanding and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your jluu account settings without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be contacted with promotional material. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net gaming activity.

jluu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jluu has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• You have engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing requirements necessitate account restriction or closure.
• Continued operation of your account would expose jluu to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may close your jluu account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been met.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by jluu — your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11) shall continue to apply.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the jluu Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a dispute with jluu, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of queries and complaints are resolved at this stage within a reasonable timeframe.

If the matter is not resolved informally, the following escalation process applies:

1. Submit a formal written complaint to jluu's designated complaints handler via email, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the dates involved, and the resolution you are seeking.
2. jluu will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
3. If you remain unsatisfied following jluu's formal response, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body, as applicable under PAGCOR-compliant frameworks.

jluu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jluu will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account, or through a prominent on-screen notification upon next login, or both, at jluu's discretion.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jluu Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use after that date constitutes full acceptance.
